These terms apply to the Foodex Ecosystem website and other public interactions that expressly refer to them. A particular Foodex service, Node, market, or activity may have additional or more specific terms where required.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or submit information through the public forms covered by them.
Website Purpose
The Foodex Ecosystem website provides information about Foodex, its services, Nodes, capabilities, market activities, and opportunities to engage or collaborate with the ecosystem.

Visiting a Foodex website, contacting Foodex, submitting an inquiry, or completing an Expression of Interest does not by itself create a contract, partnership, agency, franchise, appointment, exclusivity arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or other formal business relationship.
