Foodex Ecosystem maintains a shared policy framework across its services and Nodes. Ecosystem-wide policies provide the common foundation, while more specific notices may apply where a particular service, Node, market, or activity requires additional terms or information.

Ecosystem-wide Policies
These policies form the common trust framework for Foodex Ecosystem and its covered services and Nodes. They explain how personal information is handled, the rules for using Foodex websites and public channels, and how confidential or sensitive information should be shared with Foodex.

Service, Node & Activity-specific Notices
Some Foodex services, Nodes, markets, or activities may require additional notices because of their specific operations, local requirements, or the type of interaction involved. These notices supplement the ecosystem-wide policies rather than replacing them.

Which Policy Applies?
The ecosystem-wide policies provide the general framework. Where a more specific notice applies to a particular service, Node, market, or activity, it should be read together with the relevant Foodex Ecosystem policy. Where a formal written agreement governs a specific relationship, that agreement takes precedence for the matters it covers.
