Do Not Send Sensitive Information
Do not submit trade secrets, unannounced commercial plans, customer lists, formulas, regulated personal data, payment information, passwords, government identifiers, or information covered by an existing confidentiality obligation.
Public Forms Are Not an NDA
Submitting an inquiry or expression of interest does not create a confidentiality agreement, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary duty, partnership, appointment, exclusivity arrangement, or commitment to proceed. Foodex will handle personal information under the Privacy Policy, but public form submission is not a substitute for a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information you are authorized to share.
- Use summaries rather than sensitive operational or technical detail.
- Obtain necessary permission before naming another person or organization.
- Wait for an approved secure channel before sending confidential materials.
How We Use Submissions
Foodex uses submitted information to review, route, and respond to the stated inquiry or expression of interest. A successful receipt only confirms intake; it is not an approval. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need.
If Confidentiality Is Required
Send only a high-level, non-confidential description through the contact form and state that a confidential discussion may be required. Do not include the confidential information itself.
